The hotel had amazing views of the sea and the rooms were modern and spacious. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
The room we stayed in was not comfortably appointed and lacked tables next to the bed. The breakfast was mediocre and had a strong smell of fish permeating the place.

The location of the hotel is great, right on the beach. Breakfast is very delicious
It is a bit shabby and run down - and obviously the cleaning stuff works only very superficial. Rooms really need renovation

Maka Maka, which is placed only 500 metres away, is a nice dining choice. There was free Wi Fi.

Spa, seaside view, relaxing atmosphere, good breakfast.
Room was quite worn and not cleaned properly. Also I've modified my reservation from 4 nights to 3 in advance but somehow this didn't get into hotel's system. Although I provided hotel with a printed confirmation on arrival they gave me hell blocking the amount for 4 nights instead of 3 on my card, making me call Booking (which is expensive when you’re travelling) asking to send hotel a fax, then saying they didn't receive the fax (although they just couldn't find it) and making me call again. Perhaps it was not hotel's fault they initially didn’t get the modification but the way they handled the situation made a very bad impression - this is not what you expect from a 5 star hotel for $435 a night.

You completely mishandled my reservation and made it in an adjacent Daniel hotel. Learn to do bookings. This one you did not do well at all as your confirmation was disqualified by the hotel staff upon our arrival (Dror). It took 2 hours and lots of arguments to solve the reservation problem.

My stay at this hotel was truly delightful. The location was absolutely superb, situated right on the beautiful beach and just a short cab ride away from important areas in the city. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a stunning pool and easy access to the public beach. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, making it a comfortable and inviting environment. The staff was incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to assist with any requests I had. Not to mention, the breakfast buffet was assorted and tasty, providing a great start to each day.
Not obvious to find.

We spent Christmas at a hotel that we had high expectations for. the location was perfect, right on the beach, and we had a room with a balcony overlooking the sea, a very nice view to wake up to. the staff was friendly and accommodating, they even surprised us with a bottle of wine in our room as a Christmas gift. the breakfast was really good, with a wide variety of options to choose from.
The overall quality of the hotel. the room was not as clean as it should have been and there was a stale smell in the air.

This luxurious hotel exceeded my expectations with its exclusive amenities and attentive service. the private facilities were phenomenal and the swimming pool was pristine. the bar and lounge area provided a relaxing atmosphere, similar to many high-end resorts. the location advantages were outstanding with easy access to the beach.
The only minor issue was with the room advantages. While the room was spacious and well-equipped, the bedding was worn and could use an upgrade.
